Hello, I'm Sinéad

I'm an Early Years Lead Educator with a BA (Level 7) in Early Years Education, based in Inishowen. I started The Wee Guest List so that families can bring the children along to the big days and still get to relax and celebrate.

Every event gets the same care as my day job: a planned, play-led session, a calm space for the wee ones who need a break, and a clear handover with parents at drop-off and pick-up. I'm also a qualified Special Needs Assistant and trained in first aid, so every child is in safe, experienced hands.

Good to know

The questions couples and parents ask most.

What ages do you look after?

Children from around 2 up to 12. Babies and younger toddlers can be arranged with an extra pair of hands, so just mention them when you enquire.

How many children can you take?

It depends on ages. Larger groups get extra vetted staff so ratios stay safe. Tell me numbers and ages and I'll put the right team together.

Can you look after children with additional needs?

Yes. I'm a qualified Special Needs Assistant (SNA) and trained in managing challenging behaviour. Tell me a bit about your child when you enquire and we'll plan the day around what works for them.

What do you need from the venue?

A separate room or a quiet corner close to the celebration, with access to toilets. I bring all the activities, craft materials and cosy-corner bits.

What about food and allergies?

Children usually eat the venue's kids' menu at a set time. Every allergy and dietary need is noted on a sign-in sheet that parents fill in at drop-off.

How much does it cost?

[Pricing: e.g. hourly rate, minimum booking, travel outside Inishowen]
